SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend required. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@tuveti.com.
International Orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Tuveti is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch please contact us at info@tuveti.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
